Pink poison 粉紅色藥

The motif for the exhibition title comes from the America’s intransparent pink digestive medicine ‘Pepto Bismol’. This pink syrup medicine seems edible due to its charming color and sweet scent, but once you take a spoonful, the strong bitter taste spreads in your mouth, making you realize that you have been deceived by its looks. As these experiences accumulate, when encountering a similar scent or taste again, side effects such as vomiting occur. Under the exhibition title ‘Pink Poison’, the two young artists will express the sweet driving force and trickery that leads to enchantment, and the state of indigestion and vomiting that follows due to betrayal of desire.
